HEARING OF PETITION

NELSON, This Day,
The Executive Commission of Agriculture resumed the hearing of the petition by a section of Nelson and Hawke's Bay fruit growers into the Control Board's system of marketing in the United Kingdom. In December the board sat for several days hearing the evidence of petitioners, which will be continued today. The petitioners seek a change from the board's system of a single agency to a panel of brokers- in the English ptoviaces.
