PETONE COURT
Cases in the Petone Court today were dealt with by Mr. H. P. Lawry S.M.
For exceeding 25 m.p.h. between the railway crossing at the Grand National Hotel and Wakefield Street, fines of 30s were imposed on John L. Bennett, John Devane, Allan Goodacre, Robin L. Stagg, and James Edward Fitzgerald Vogel. Duncan MacNeill Gillies and Alexander Duncan McCormack were each fined £2.
George Arthur Cashmore was fined £1 lor failing to give way to traffic approaching from the right.
