The Paekakaflki Bowling Club's second annual meeting, held on July 7, was well attended. , , The report and balance-sheet were read and adopted, the committee-being congratulated on the result, of the year's activities. In a 1 •ireciation of the committee's it was moved and seconded^ that the outgoing committee be re-elected en bloc.'
The following hold office for the ensuing season:—Patron, Mr. C. J. B. Norwood; president, Mr. J. S. Smith; vicepresident, Mr. F. R. Holton; treasurer, Mr. P, J. McCardle; hon. secretary, Mr. J. S. Green; committee,. Messrs, R. Smith, A. E. Smith, H. Smith, W. G. Smith,'J. S. Milne, F.R. Holton, L. H. Ruddy; green superintendent, Mr. R. Smith; isole selector, Mr. J. Firth. ;
