DRINK HIS DOWNFALL

Having been found guilty of indecent assault, Harold Kelly, aged 45 years, 'was sentenced to eighteen months''imprisonment with hard labour by Mr. Justice Reed today. 1 Counsel pleaded that drink was the cause of Kelly's downfall. His Honour emphasised that children must be protected, and although the case was not *he worst of its type, it was bad enough.
