ROOSEVELT STOCK DECLINING

The Bey. Dr. B. Maeintyre, Moderator of the Presbyterian Church, Sydney, who is returning from a holiday in 'Canada, arrived today by the Niagara. He expressed the opinion that Presi-dent-Boosevelt's stpek was going down. Americans wero becoming alarmed at .the enormous debt which was piling up. It was said that President Keoscvelt was mortgaging tho future to cremate an illusion of wealth/Nevertheless, Dr. Macintyre thought that President ,Boosevolt -would save- America,from a it'lisastrous crash which was threatening.
