1 ' The . Leipzig fair is not. attracting the usual attention. Exporters complain that there are few foreign visitors, and hardly any foreign buyers of textiles. The most., active buyers are all for home consumption. The new substitutes fpr wool are attracting the most attention. These are mixtures of artificial silk with wool, , linen, and cotton. ••••■...-■•
