"Tho Times'?." Madrid correspondent says that, as the result, of Socialists and Fascists enrolling and arming children in preparation for a possiblerevolution the Government has forbidden membership ,of political associations to persons under sixteen years oi age. ,
Nine children were killed and.twentyfour wounded in Madrid streets this year, and 470 youths were arrested for subversive acts. ■
