The "Daily Herald" states that it-is reported that Mr. de Valera is going to Geneva as the. head of an liish Free State delegation to the League. ; This opportunity to meet the delegations of tho British Empire gives a chance for informal conversations on the AngloIrish situation without anything" like arbitration. The other Dominions might be helpful.. "It is a pity," says the "Herald," "to miss such a chance."
