(From "The Post's" Representative.) LONDON, July 6. vMr. Richard J. Austin (Wellington), who is on a brief trip of pleasure and business combined, has booked his return passage by the Akaroa, to leave Southampton on July 13. Mr. Arthur A. Best (Auckland) arrived in London a few days ago via Canada. He made a short stay at Toronto as the guest of tho New Zealand Trade Commissioner, Mr. J. W. Collins. Mr. Best, who was lately in business in Hamilton, is hero chiefly to make a close study of the marketing and consumption of dairy products, mth particular reference to, New Zealaud products. He has comprehensive schomes under way for submission to local organisations. The Rev. G. JJ. Barnett, assistant curate of Brighton Parish Church, ami formerly Dean of Hamilton, has been appointed to tho vicarage of Ifield, in the diocese of Chichester—-patron, Sir John Dritgfaorn.
