IN A SEATOUN GARDEN
A garden party was held recently at Mrs. Chudley's residence, Seatpun, by the members of St. George's Ladies' Guild. Mrs. Spott, who performed the opening ceremony, was received by the Rev. A. T. Bristed Page, Mrs. Zohrab (president of the guild), and Mrs. Chudley.
During the afternoon Mr. ISTeil Keith and his Pierrot Troupe gave somn very entertaining items on the lawn, which were much enjoyed by tho many guests. "Father Christmas" visited the "Magic Cave" , for the benefit of the children, and there were numbers of stalls.
Those in charge of the stalls were:— Work, Mrs. Hooke and Mrs. Martin; produce, Mrs. Chudley, Mrs. Mann, and Mrs. Marsh; variety, Misses Owen and Boulcott; sweets, Mrs. MagOl and Mrs. Lang; books, Mrs. Scotland and Miss Zohrab; tea, Mrs. Thorpe; cakes, Mrs. Wiliams and Mrs. Roberts; handkerchiefs, Mrs. Cooper ancl Miss Speedy; side-shows, Mr. Neil Keith and his Pierrot Troupe and Mr. B. N. Gordon.
