WEDDING

BAILEY—SHENNAN. I The wedding was solemnised recently at the Kent Terrace Presbyterian Church, Wellington, of Eleanor Mona, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Shennan, "Wellington, and of Leonard John, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Bailey, Woodville. The Rev. James Gibb, D.D., officiated. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a classic gown of magnolia tinted satin, her veil of the same shado being caught with a coronet of orange blossom. She carried a sheaf of Christmas lilies and creamy pink roses. The bridesmaid, Miss Alma Lowe, was dressed in floral silk in tones of blue and gold, with a large picture hat, and her bouquet was of yellow roses. Mr. J. C. Shennan, of Auckland (brother of the bride), was best man. Mrs. Shennan (mother of the bride) received the guests at s the reception. Her gown was of black georgette, with hat to match,' and she carried a posy of deep cream roses. | Among the guests were Mrs. Cecil Bailey (Bulls), Miss Eva Bailey, Mrs. Middleton (Woodville), and Mr. G.
