PRICE AND RETURN
In the table hereunder, notified sales on the Stock Exchange for the week ended noon yesterday, are recorded with the highest and lowest prices received, and the approximate yields per cent, per annum—redemption and brokerage beina considered on Government and other debentures where dated Returns are based on the highest prices reported during the week, and the last annual dividends, plus bonuses, if any. The 3%; per cent. Government stock and bonds are free^of income tax to their pre-conversion maturity dates, but all yields are subject to any appropriate taxation and exchange.
