When the Prince of Wales, as patron of the National Council of Social Services, began a three days' tour of Yorkshire at Hull today, he was given an enthusiastic welcome by unemployed men of the city, four of whose, clubs ho visited. In these clubs he inspected the men's activities ana talked to'them with entire absence of formality on a variety of subjects. The Prince also visited a handicraft centre for : crippled children.
