HEARING BEFORE ASSESSORS
APPLICATION REFUSED
(By Eadio—Special to the United Press Association.) APIA, December 12. ■ Counsel for O. : F. Nelson made an application to the High Court today'j for a hearing before, assessors. The Crown Prosecutor produced affidavits^supporting his contention that the c#se was unsuitable for trial before i assessors owing to the difficulty of political bias on both sides. The application was refused and the trial is expected .to commence on Thursday, December 14, before the Chief Judge. ..'.--
