WRECKING EFFORTS

(Received July 27, 1 p.m.) LONDON, July 26. Speaking in the House of Commons in the Public Works Expenditure debate, Mr. Lloyd George said: —"If the Ottawa agreements are not revised they will wreck all Major Elliot's efforts on behalf of British agriculture."
