BAILEY—CLARK.
The wedding wa.e solemnised recently at St. Mary of the Angels' iChurch, Boulcott Street, of Margaret' (Mamie), eldest daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. Georgo Clark, of Miramar, and William Cyril, second son of Mr. and Mrs. T. Bailey, of Pirie Street. The Rev. Father McHardy, S.M., performed the ceremony. Mrs. Aldridgo was organist. The bride, wuo was escorted by Ji'cr brother, Mr. Lgs. Clark, wore au exquisite frock of ivory'satin. The bodice was finished with a cowl neckline, and the long, tight-fitting sleeves were puffed at the elbow. The gored skirt fell in graceful folds from the knees. Her veil, which was worn oil the fate, r
was finished with clusters of orange blossom. She carried a sheaf of crea-m roses, chrysanthemums, and maidenhair fern. She was attended by her two sistors, Misses Lily and Ellen Clark, wbo were daintily gowned in blue and mauve georgette aukle-length frocks, respectively, frilled from the knees and finished with fri.llcd shoulder capes. They wore tricorn caps of the same material, with mittens and bouquets to tone. Mr. Vincent Bailey (brother of the bridegroom) was best man. The ushers were Mr. Fin. Cumiiffe and Mr. Jack Douoghue. As the bride was leaving the church sho was presented with two horseshoes by Mrs. Syd. Johns and little Allan Clark (nephew o£ the bride). During the signing of the register "0 Sacrum Couvivium" was suug by Mr. A. Foote. The reception was held ia St. Anuc's Hall, Isewtoivn, where a large number of guests were received by tho bride's mother, who wore si wine crepe doria frock with biege trimming aud wine toque. She carried a bouquet of red roses, and was assisted by tho bridegroom's mother, wearing a frock ot black satin beaute and lace, with a black and white crushed velvet toque finished with an eye veil. Her posy was of autumn tints. During the breaktast items were contributed by .Mr. Oyri! Tilley and Miss Irene Clark. Among tho guests were Mrs. Rosina Walters (Auckland), Mrs. Anno McGUhgan (Christchurcb), Miss Eileen Gee (Sydney), and Miss Alma Rush (Blenheim) The bride travelled in a navy diagoual weave costume and red felt hat..
