At St. Peter's Church, Willis Street, the wedding took place recently, of Olive, second daughter of Mrs. J. M. Thoniley, Miramar, to Cedrie Fraucis, younger son of Mr.and; Mrs. W. Terriss, Kelburn. The Rev. N. Winhall officiated, and appropriate music was played by Mr. S; B. Shortf : '/-. • 'The bride w,as escorted'by'her brother, Mr. F. On leaving the porch the bride was met by her small nieco aiid nephew, June Stewart and Ronald Thoruley, who . presented her. with a silver and floral horseshoe. ■ At the reception, Mrs. Thornley- wore a frock of navy floral crepe de chine, with a bluo toque and-natural fitch furs. Mrs.-Terriss was in black 7silk, relieved with Chantilly lace. Both carried posies of autumn berries and .flowers in tones of orango,and brown. Mr. C. Singleton made an oflicient toastmaster, with Mrs. D. C. Gait as pianistc. Musical items were rendered by Miss N. Sterling and MissM. Terriss. Mr. and Mrs. Terriss, jun., left for a motor tour of the North' Island, Mrs. Terriss wearing a handsome .musquash coat, the gift of the bridegroom. ', '
