MAN SENT TO GAOL
"This man has a long list of convictions; there seem to be about twenty for theft and various other charges," said Mr. E.. Page, S.M., in the Magistrate's Coiirt today, when sentencing John James Ross a labourer, aged 46, to three months' imprisonment on a charge of stealing a blanket, valued "at 3s. .
