"SYSTEM MUST COME"
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHEISTCHURCH, This Day. "I think that a .system of fewer hours of work must come," said Mr. F. L. Hutchinson, president of the Canterbury Manufacturers' Association, during an address to a business men's meeting concerned with the organisation of a New Zealand shopping week in Chiistchurch. "The work available should be spread evenly over the whole community so that everyone willing tc work or willing to Tje trained for work should lave a chance.^ _
