He says that some modern gases with an arsenical base may be carried in a liquid form with a comparatively small charge of high explosive sufficient to release their terrors when sprayed from aeroplanes. One part of diphenylchloroarsiue in fifty million parts of air is so potent that human beings would Bo unable to live more than five minutes after inhaling it. The population of London and its environs could be.destroyed in two or three days.
