REPAIRS TO MOTOR-CAR
Legal argument was concluded yesterday in the Court of Appeal in the caae, started yesterday, in which, the Court was asked to decide whether an insur a nee company was liable or not under all the circumstances to pay for the repairs to a motor-car that was in a Napier garage at the time of the Hawkea Bay earthquake in February last year. The Court reserved its decision.
