A special commission appointed in Berlin to report on tho possibility of reducing unemployment recommends tho stoppage of long working hours with overtime, and the restriction, of.' -working hours in certain trades to 4.0 a ■week. It recommends also the refusal of permission to officials to earn money outside their occupations, and indiioftmenls to married woman officials lo resign their positions.
