COMPULSORY POOL

REGINA, 6th April,
Urging support for a. plebiscite on a proposal for compulsory wheat pool legislation in. Saskatchewan, Mr. A. J. M'Pha.il, president of the Saskatchewan Pool, declares that only. 100 per cent, compulsory pool will abolish speculation evils and place Canada in a position effectively to co-operate with similar bodies in other countries. Twenty-three European countries, he said, had taken drastic action to regulate grain marketing.
