TO HELP THE FARMERS

The Waitemata Power Board has decided, in view of the serious decline in the value of farming products, to review its rates with a view of giving supply at the lowest possible price. A meeting of the board will be held next Monday to consider ways and means, j Although some members • were opposed to altering the rates ia the middle of the financial .year, others insisted that farmers must be helped at once.
