The Secretary, General Post Office, announces that, on account of washouts on the South Indian railways, airmail correspondence dispatched from Wellington on Srd October missed connection with the air service which left Karachi on 29th October. The air eor-1 lespondence was therefore subject to a delay in delivery of one week. Silverstone and Co. will sell on the premises, Denvent street, Island Buy, at 10.30 a.m., on Sth and 9th December, furniture from Chilton House School.
