MORE ANCHOR BOATS

(From Our Own Correspondent.) NELSON, Ist December. The Nelson A. and P. Show held 'on Friday and Saturday at Richmond Park was opened by . the Minister of Agriculture, the Hon. A. J. Murdoch. Late on Saturday the Minister, accompanied by Mr..'G. C. Black, wont ;to Motueka and spent the week-end in the Motueka and-Takaka districts. He returned to Wellington by to-night's boat. While participating in the hurdle events Miss Gra.ce Coulter (Blenheim) had a fall as the result of her saddle slipping, and was taken to hospital suffering from a head wound which required twelve stitches. However, she was able to return to her home to-day.
