THE EMBASSY.
The openingjiight of the Embassy Dance Hall at Kilbirnie took.place last Saturday. A large number of dancers attended, and the evening was a great success. The music was played by Basil Bird and his Embassy Band, and a number of novelty dances were held during the evening: The programme included Mr. Eric Chung, lightning cketeh artist, who delighted his audience with a number, of clever and amusing sketches. The Embassy has been undergoing extensive alterations during the last two months, and although they were not quite completed for the opening night, everything will be finished in time for next Saturday's dance.
