■ Further games in the North Island Croquet Championship tourney were played on tho Hutt Valley lawns this morning. The greens were in good ordor and play was interrupted by rain for only a very brief period. Eesults ate as follows:— Open Championship: Mrs. Bock beat Mrs. Horn, 4-26, 2648, 2643. Ladies' Championship; first life: Mrs, Bock beat Mrs. Bassett, 26-12; Miss M'Faflarte beat Mrs. Mouat 26*24; Mrs. Brown beat Mrs. Finiayeon, 26-12; Mrs. Moeller beat Mrs. Pitcaithly, 26-24. Second life: Mrs. Walker beat Mrs, Lowery, 26-12; Mrs. Gardner beat Mrs. Sedgwiek, 2648; Mrs. Booco6k beat Mrs, Qambrill, 26-21. Handicap Singles: Mrs. Caldow beat Mrs. Finlayson, 26-17.
