WRECK OF HYPATIA
FINDING OF THE COUET
United Press Association—By Electric Telecraph—Copyright (Received 14th November, 2.30 p.m.) CAPE TOWN, 13th November. The Court has found the captain of the Hypatia, which was wrecked on 29th October, guilty of a serious error of judgment; the chief officer guilty of culpable negligence, and the second officer guilty of contributory negligence.
