EMPIRE CONFERENCE
DOMINION REPRESENTATION
(Received 14th November, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 13th November. In the House of Commons Mr. Mac Donald, in> answer to a question" said that the suggestion that invitations to the Imperial Conference include leaders of the Dominions' Oppositions as well as Prime Ministers had often been made. He had put it forward himself to Dominion Prime Ministers in 1924, when it -was not supported, and therefore no useful purpose could be served by raising it again now.
