The clergy concerned are AngloCatholics, the Revs. Cyril Wilkins, Derham Marshall, and Arthur \Fykes, all of Liverpool, who used' the forbidden, form of reservation. When the Bishop demanded tho abandonment of the service, which is only applicable to the sick, they replied that on conscientious grounds they were unable to accept his regulation. Tho ban is the first Synodical action on such grounds. Tho clergy thus banned attended Synod, the Kov. GVWilkins protesting that the ban was illegal. ■ \
