BERLIN, 30th April. Everything is ready for a pitched battle between 15,000 police and 12,000 Communists. At least, that is the impression to be gained from the newspapers. The Communists insist that they will demonstrate in spite of the prohibition. Car-loads of. police aw patrolling the city all night long.
