NAPIER, This Day
Tho Probation Officer told the Court to-day that a year spent in tho Borstal Institute by. Basil Hodgson for obscene language at Hamilton was on)}' a farce, and that the prisoner had there learned bad habits.
Tho Magistrate said that apparently the accused was determined not to be reformed, and imposed sentences of four months each on four charges of theft of cycles.
