THREE MEN FOR SENTENCE (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, 13th Sept. Pleading guilty to forty-four charges of theft of about £1500 from Newton King, Ltd., and with making falso entries or concurring in false entries, Harloy Hector Henderson, formerly manager of the firm's Kapouga branch, was remanded to the Supreme Court for senteucc on Saturday. James Harold Adam, late accountant at the branch, admitted eighteen similar charges, involving £SUO, was also remanded for sentence. Thirteen charges, involving £98 14s, were laid against Morgan Whitakor Priest, formerly the firm's stock-agent, who denied li is guilt. The jury found him guilty on two charges of theft of £40 and £20. He was remanded for sentence. Charges of conspiracy amongst the three men will be called to-morrow.
