(liy Telegraph.—Press Association.) HASTINGS, 13th September. I Three men, Lawrence M'Eandall, Edward Weeks, and Edward James Lainey, who were out on bail on charges of being idle and disorderly, failed to appear when I their Dames were called in Court this morning. Mrs. M'Connell, licensee of the Albert Hotel, had gone bail to the extent of £50 for each, and this was ordered to ibe estreated.
