PARLIAMENT
NEXT WEEK'S BUSINESS. When the House of Representatives meets next Tuesday afternoon references will bo made to those ex-legisla-tors who havo died during the recess. After the tributes to their memory have been put on record, the House will adjourn until 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Address-in-Eeply. Debate will begin on Wednesday, but it has yet to be 'arranged whether the speeches of tho mover and seconder will be taken after the transaction o? formal business in the afternoon or be deferred until the evening. The custom is for the Ad-dress-in-Eeply Debate to commence in the evening. Mr. F. Waite (Clutha) will be the mover of the Address, and Colonel Allen Bell (Bay o' Islands) the seconder. The debate will probably extend over a period of ten days or a fortnight.
