Mr. Henri Bourassa (Independent) has moved an amendment in Committee of Supply regretting, that steps had not been' taken to give full effect in internal andcxternal affairs :tp tho equality of status recognised at '.the Imperial Conference in 1926 as being a fundamental principle of the relations between the self-governing Dominions.
