PORT NICHOLSON SILVER BAND.

There was again a packed audience at Iho Grand Opera House last night, when the Tort Nicholson Silver Band gave the fourth recital of the season. Tho hymnal, "Rlinington," opened the'recital, bracketed wllh the march, "Invincible Eagle,"- a dashing Sousa composition. The overture liy Herbert, "Ilayijce," followed, and next in order came the lmmoresquc, "Cows in the Cotton." a descriptive work by Hall. Tho march, "Port Nicholson," completed tho Instrumental numbers. Miss Mona Carrick a contralto, sans "My Am Folk." She was encored insistently, and gavo "Can You Sew?"
