LONDON, 15th September. The Riga correspondent of "The Times" says that the Soviet has published an account of the Russian, commercial expedition to Arabia. The members of the expedition claim that they reduced sugar by 60s a ton, keeping out Indian sugar. They similarly operated with flour.
The correspondent says that while the Soviot was trading with Arabia there was an acuto shortage of sugar throughout Russia, tho authorities pacifying sugar queues with'the announcement that 3000 tons^of foreign sugar had arrived in Leningrad and three other cargoes wore expected.
