(Received 17th September, 10 a.m.) GENEVA, 16th Suntember. Commander Hilton Young; said that Britain attached the highest importance to the results of the B'ress Conference. He paid a tribute to. the manner in which the Press spreajl a know-' ledge of the League's great work in the cause of peace. Referring to the criticises of the agencies, he said that as far as England was concerned, far firom being monopolies there was vehei?ii;nt, even desperate, competition.
