PERSONAL MATTERS
( The Prime; Minister (the Bight Hon. J. G. . Coates) and the Minister of Agriculture (the Hon; O. J. Hawken) left this afternoon for Palmerston North. They will; visit the Show on arrival, and this evening they will attend the 'annual*'social gathering of the Manawatu A. and P. Association. The Ministers will return to Wellington to-morrow morning. • . :
Mr. William Beece was a: passenger J>y the Manuka from the South to-day.
The Dominion Council of" the N.Z. K.S.A. passed yesterday afternoon a Resolution extending to Dr. Boxer (expresident of the association) its sincere sympathy in-his illness, and its best hopes fot his recovery. The president (Major-General Sir Andrew Eussell) ptated that Dr. Boxer had been president of the association for two or three critical years, of its existence, and had jdone great work for the organisation. A motion of sympathy with Messrs. ,W. and J. Heenan in their bereavement was passed by the Wellington "Rugby "Onion's Management Committee this week. "".'"'"'■'■'
