A PETITION FAILS An action for the dissolution o£ his marriage with Jean Mary Elizabeth Warner on the ground of alleged adultery was made by Thomas William Warner, a labourer employed by the Wellington Meat Export Company, before Mr. Justice Reed and a jury, in the Supreme Court yesterday. Mr. W. Perry appeared for the petitioner, and Mr. A. M. Cousins for the respondent. After the petitioner's case had been presented, his Honour found there was no evidence to go to the jury, and the petition •was dismissed.
