Xwo pictures distinctly different in tliemewiU be screened finally to-night at the Empress Theatre. In "Drusilla With a Million Mary Carr is cast as a charity inmate of a home for aged ladies, who suddenly inherits £1,000,000. Priscilla Bonner and Kenneth Harlan enact the romantic roles n al'KS artf, \ vork is exceptional. In Ihe Boy Friend," Marceline Day, Johnny ±tarron,, Ward Crane, and Gertrude Astor present a simple little 'tale of a smalltown girl who has had her head turned by a New Yorker The Our Gang kiddies are teatured in an amusing comedy, and the supporting programme is ideal. "The Night Cry" and "Compromise" are the two features on the programme for to-morrow. In "The Night Cry" Rin-■Un-iin, the dog, proves a more remarkable actor than ever. The picture "ets its title from the weird cry of a vulture which preys on a ' flock of sheep, while suspicion of the "community falls upon Rinty, the shepherd dog. The supporting cast of "The Night Cry" includes June Marlowe, John Haddon,- Gayne Whitman, Don Alvarado, Heinie Conklin, and Mary Louise Miller. Irene Rich stars in "Compromise." ; The supporting cast of "Compromise" includes Olive Brook, Louise Fnzenda, Pauline Garon, and Raymond M'Kee—as brilliant a group of players as has been assembled for one production in a long time.
