NOT GUILTY
ALLEGED NEGLIGENT DRIVING
(Special to "The Evening Post") CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. At the Supreme Court yesterday Charles Colyer Judge was found not guilty of negligently driving a motorcar and thus causing the death of Herbert Henry Baker. . A similar charge against Arthur Howard Murray was also dismissed.
