. WANGANUI, This Day. - While riding Bevis at exercise at Hawera on Saturday^ A. M'Cormae had his foot crushed through the horse getting out of hand and carrying him into the-fence. M'Cormae was taken to the Hawera Hospital and at best he will have to forfeit his riding engagements at New Plymouth this week.
