BLOODSTOCK SALE.
In this issue Messrs. Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd!, advise that their next sale of bloodstock will be held at their Trentham stables on Friday, 18th March, the off-day of the Wellington Eaemg Club's Autumn Meeting. Entries of racehorses in training, untried stock and brood mares are invited. In connection with' their January sales the firm advise that the 50 yearlings disposed of at auction realised the very satisfactory average of 315J guineas, and that the total number of sales of yearlings, breeding and racing horses was 74, which sold at an average of approximately 261 guineas. - Another sale to an Australian client just finalised is that of Captain J. Gagc-Wil-liams's brood mare, Cooing, whfeh has a foal at foot bjr Paladin and, is again .with foal to.Leighton. The purchaser Magiir°fMolo^m-
