SECOND DAY'S PLAY
Play in the Wellington provincial croquet tournament continued to-day at the three _ greens^-Wellington, Kelburn, and Karori. Additional results of yesterday's play in the handicap doubles are as follows:—
Mrs. Lowery and Miss Kebbel (7) defeated Mesdames Manton and Hallam (15), 26-19.
Mesdames Folder and Gilbanks (12) defeated Mesdames Christie and Mouat (11%), 26-14.
Mesdames Harpmanson and Breeze (13) defeated Mr. and Mrs. Pollock (10), 26-23. Mesdames Ramsay and Mitchell (11^) defeated Mesdames Fuller and Marris (7%), 26-23.
Mesdames Savage and Strand (15%) defeated Mesdames Bock and Yates (8%), 26-14.
Mesdames O'Donnell and Pope (7) defeated Mesdames Marshall and Jackson, 26-21.
Mesdames Ramsay and Mitchell (11%) defeated Mesdames Pritchard and Brown (7%), 26-23.
Mrs. Morrah and Miss Williams (8) defeated Mesdames Watkin and Watkins (7), 26-23. Mesdames Warner and Bennett (9%) defeated Mesdames Henderson and Jolly (7), 26-17.
Mesdames Leech and Boocock (7) defeated Mesdames M'Dowell and D. Henderson (8%), 26-23. '
Mesdames Brice and Gunderson (8%) defeated Mesdames Feast and Griffiths (10),'26-21.
In the club pairs Mesdames Moeller and Wellings defeated Mesdames Johnson and Ayson, 26-25.
