ATTACK ON ALFONSO
SPECIAL BODYGUABD IN BRITAIN.

LONDON, Ist July.
All the London evening papers givi prominence to the story of the Parisif 1 plot against King Alfonso, mainly quoting the most sensational reports of the Paris Press, some of which protest against the panicky rounding up of two hundred Spaniards who have been escorted to the border.
As three out of the five supposed anarchists in the plot have not been arrested in France, all British ports are being most closely watched. In addition to their own usual police, bodyguard, a special detachment of. Scotland Yard detectives has been told off to assist in the protection of King Alfonso. The King spent the afternoon, at Wimbledon watching the tennis senrfinals. He and the Queen spent «■>■ evening at the theatre.
