A Bill Seeking a "reprisal" agaiiwt Britain "for fiiiaiicial hardships" imposed through increased rubber prices has been filed in the Senate of tho State of Massachusetts by Senator Hennessey. The Bill would direct thut a list of British companies doing business in Massachusetts be made, to ascertain the total amount paid in premiums by these companies during the last five years, "in order to enable the people of the Commonwealth to take such action as they may deem effective by way of reprisal."
