ELECTION INEVITABLE
BERLIN, 26th October. The political struggle is now-between the advocates of stabilisation and reaction, but news of the evacuation of Cologne might induce the Nationalists to change their minds. Apparently a general election is inevitable over' the Locarno Paut. The Nationalist pnper "Deutsche Zeitung" already claims that Ihs Pact is dead.
President yon Hindenbwg's position is also most, delicate, as ho has given approval of the Locarno settlement. nnd his decision is now challenged -by his own party. '.." . ..
